Va. Code § 38.2-6013: Unfair trade practices

A violation of this chapter shall be considered an unfair trade practice under Chapter 5 (§ 38.2-500 et seq.) of this title and subject to the penalties contained in that chapter.1997, c. 814, § 38.2-5707; 2003, c. 717.
