Va. Code § 38.2-704: Penalties

A. Any person who violates a cease and desist order entered under § 38.2-703 shall be subject to the provisions of § 38.2-218.B. Any person convicted of violating this chapter may, in addition, be punished under the provisions of Chapter 1.1 (§ 59.1-9.1 et seq.) of Title 59.1.1952, c. 317, § 38.1-62; 1986, c. 562.
