Article 1. PROHIBITED PRACTICES GENERALLY

If any person buys alcoholic beverages from any person other than the Board, a government store or a person authorized under this subtitle to sell alcoholic beverages, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.Code 1950, § 4-71; 1968, c. 7; 1993, c. 866.
