Article 1. PROHIBITED PRACTICES GENERALLY

Any person who possesses or consumes an alcoholic beverage while operating a school bus and transporting children is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. For purposes of this section, "school bus" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 46.2-100.2010, c. 169.
