Article 1. PROHIBITED PRACTICES GENERALLY

No person shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to any prisoner in any local correctional facility, any alcoholic beverage.Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.Code 1950, § 4-93; 1993, c. 866.
