Va. Code § 40.1-11: Using or revealing information gathered

Neither the Commissioner nor any employee of the Department shall make use of or reveal any information or statistics gathered from any person, company or corporation for any purposes other than those of this title.Code 1950, § 40-9; 1962, c. 66; 1970, c. 321; 1984, c. 590.
