Va. Code § 40.1-88: Work-training certificate

A work-training certificate shall permit the employment of a child between fourteen and sixteen years of age during school hours when enrolled in a regular school work-training program pursuant to a written agreement containing the same provisions as specified in § 40.1-89.Code 1950, § 40-100.4; 1970, c. 321; 1979, c. 219; 1982, c. 670.
