Va. Code § 46.2-1520: Collection of license and registration fees; payments from fund

All licensing and registration fees provided for in this chapter, except as identified in Article 3.1 (§ 46.2-1527.1 et seq.) of this chapter shall be collected by the Board and paid into the state treasury and set aside as a special fund to meet the expenses of the Board.1988, c. 865, § 46.1-525.011; 1989, c. 727; 1995, cc. 767, 816.
