Va. Code § 46.2-1556: Operation under foreign dealer's license

It shall be unlawful, except as provided for by reciprocal agreement, for any person to operate a motor vehicle or for the owner thereof to permit a motor vehicle to be operated in the Commonwealth on a foreign dealer's license, unless the operation of the motor vehicle on the license is specifically authorized by the Commissioner.1988, c. 865, § 46.1-550.5:14; 1989, c. 727; 1995, cc. 767, 816.
