Article 1. MOTOR CARRIERS OF PASSENGERS -- GENERALLY

If the Department finds the applicant for a license, permit, or certificate has met all the requirements of this chapter, it shall issue a license, permit, or certificate to the applicant, subject to such terms, limitations, and restrictions as the Department may deem proper.2001, c. 596.
