Article 1. MOTOR CARRIERS OF PROPERTY -- GENERALLY

In determining whether a permit or certificate of fitness required by this chapter shall be issued, the Department may, among other things, consider compliance with financial responsibility, bonding, and other requirements of this chapter.2001, c. 596; 2011, cc. 881, 889; 2017, cc. 790, 815.
