Article 1. MOTOR CARRIERS OF PROPERTY -- GENERALLY

Every applicant for an original certificate of fitness issued under this chapter shall, upon the filing of an application, deposit with the Department, as a filing fee, a sum in the amount of $50. The Department shall collect a fee of $3 for the issuance of a duplicate certificate of fitness.2001, c. 596; 2011, cc. 881, 889; 2017, cc. 790, 815.
