Article 1. MOTOR CARRIERS OF PROPERTY -- GENERALLY

Every motor carrier who ceases operation or abandons his rights under a permit or certificate of fitness issued shall notify the Department within 30 days of such cessation or abandonment.2001, c. 596; 2011, cc. 881, 889; 2017, cc. 790, 815.
