Article 1. MOTOR CARRIERS OF PROPERTY -- GENERALLY

Any motor carrier that consistently submits a freight bill to a shipper for services rendered, which bill is more than ten percent above the written estimate of charges for such services, shall be subject to penalties and/or revocation or suspension of certificate as provided in this chapter.2001, c. 596.
