Article 1. MOTOR CARRIERS OF PROPERTY -- GENERALLY

The Department may alter or amend a permit or certificate of fitness at the request of a permittee or certificate holder or upon a finding by the Department that a permittee or certificate holder failed to observe any of the provisions within this chapter, or any of the rules or regulations of the Department, or any term, condition, or limitation of such permit or certificate.2001, c. 596; 2011, cc. 881, 889; 2017, cc. 790, 815.
