Bonds, cash, or securities deposited with the State Treasurer pursuant to this chapter shall only be released by the State Treasurer upon consent of the Commissioner given in conformity with this chapter.Code 1950, § 46-449; 1958, c. 541, § 46.1-461; 1989, c. 727.
