Va. Code § 46.2-503: Suspension of privilege to operate a motor vehicle for failure to attend clinics

The Commissioner shall suspend the privilege to operate a motor vehicle of any person who fails to satisfactorily complete a driver improvement clinic. This suspension shall remain in effect until such person satisfactorily completes the driver improvement clinic.
