Chapter 10. DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

Every member or beneficiary shall be furnished with an annual statement of benefits as provided in § 51.1-1000 after the end of the retirement system's plan year.1990, c. 706; 2004, c. 209.
