Va. Code § 51.1-211: Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System; application of provisions of Virginia Retirement System

The Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System is created and shall be administered by the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System. Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-124.1 et seq.) of this title shall apply to and govern the operation of the Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System.1999, c. 585.
