Va. Code § 51.5-71: State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and Vision Impaired created

The State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and Vision Impaired is hereby created to provide advice to the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired regarding vocational services provided pursuant to Title I and Title VI of the federal Rehabilitation Act.
