Va. Code § 52-30: Reports to Federal Bureau of Investigation

The Department shall correlate reports submitted to it and shall compile and submit reports to the Federal Bureau of Investigation on behalf of all agencies of the Commonwealth, as may be required by the federal standards for the uniform crime reporting program.1974, c. 577.
