The regional jail or jail farm board shall elect a chairman and secretary.The board shall submit annually to the participating political subdivisions a report showing its activities; a budget, which shall include all revenues, expenditures and employee compensation schedules; and other similar data.Code 1950, § 53-206.4; 1956, c. 681; 1982, c. 636.
