Chapter 11. CONTRACTORS
Article 1. REGULATION OF CONTRACTORS

The Board for Contractors shall consider violations of regulations of the State Board of Health relating to water wells as violations of this chapter, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or suspension or revocation of license. No contractor shall be subject to the monetary penalties provided by this section if he has been assessed a civil penalty for such violation pursuant to § 32.1-27.1989, c. 241; 1990, c. 911.
