Va. Code § 54.1-2404.1: Patient records

Any health care provider who makes health records, as defined in § 32.1-127.1:03, of patients who are minors available to such patients through a secure website shall make all such health records available to such patient's parent or guardian through such secure website, unless the health care provider cannot make such health record available in a manner that prevents disclosure of information, the disclosure of which has been denied pursuant to subsection F of § 32.1-127.1:03 or for which consent required in accordance with subsection E of § 54.1-2969 has not been provided.2022, c. 218.
