Article 3. LICENSURE OF THE PRACTICE OF FUNERAL SERVICE, FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND EMBALMERS

Any crematory shall apply for and receive a registration from the Board as a registered crematory. However, this section shall not supersede or restrict the provisions of § 54.1-2814.1.1998, c. 867; 2003, c. 505.
