Article 1. BOARD OF NURSING

In addition to other powers enumerated in this title, the Board may take those steps necessary to obtain recognition by the United States Secretary of Education as a reliable authority concerning the quality of education offered by educational institutions or programs in the area of practical nursing.1986, c. 13, § 54-367.11:1; 1988, c. 765.
