Article 3. LICENSURE OF PHARMACISTS

Whenever the Board revokes the license of any pharmacist, it shall notify the licensee of such action, and he shall immediately deliver his license to the Board or its representative.Code 1950, § 54-427; 1970, c. 650, § 54-524.28; 1988, c. 765.
