A controlled substance analog shall, to the extent intended for human consumption, be treated, for the purposes of any state law, as a controlled substance in Schedule I or II. A controlled substance analog shall be considered to be listed on the same schedule as the drug or class of drugs which it imitates.1987, c. 447, § 54-524.84:14; 1988, c. 765; 2014, cc. 674, 719.
