Any person licensed by the Board of Veterinary Medicine who, in good faith and without charge or compensation, renders health care services within the limits of his license to any animal, shall not be liable for civil damages for any act or omission resulting from the rendering of such services unless such act or omission was the result of that person's gross negligence or willful misconduct.1992, c. 400.
