Va. Code § 54.1-4004: Memorandum to be given pledgor; fee; lost ticket charge

Every pawnbroker shall at the time of each loan deliver to the person pawning or pledging anything, a memorandum or note, signed by him, containing the information required by § 54.1-4009.
