Chapter 10.3. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DAMAGE PREVENTION ACT

Compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall not exempt any operator or person from the operation of any other applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, or rules of governmental and regulatory authorities having jurisdiction, unless exempted by such other laws, ordinances, regulations, or rules as a result of such compliance.1979, c. 291.
