Article 1. Powers and Duties of Virginia Lottery Board; Administration of Tickets and Prizes

Employees of the Department shall be exempt from the provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act, Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2. Personnel actions shall be taken without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, or political affiliation.1987, c. 531; 1994, c. 48; 2020, c. 1137; 2023, cc. 148, 149.
