Va. Code § 58.1-4137: Offering of on-premises mobile casino gaming without approval; penalties

Any person who offers on-premises mobile casino gaming in violation of this article or regulations promulgated thereunder is guilty of a Class 6 felony and subject to a fine of not more than $25,000 and, in the case of a person other than a natural person, to a fine of not more than $100,000.2020, cc. 1197, 1248.
