A. Any person who knowingly offers or allows to be offered any on-premises mobile casino game that has been tampered with in a way that affects the odds or the payout of a game or disables the game from operating according to the rules of the game as promulgated by the Board is guilty of a Class 5 felony and subject to a fine of not more than $50,000 and, in the case of a person other than a natural person, to a fine of not more than $200,000.B. In addition to the penalties provided in subsection A, an employee of the casino gaming operator who violates this section shall have his permit suspended for a period of not less than 30 days.C. In addition to the penalties provided in subsection A, a casino gaming operator that violates this section shall have its license to conduct casino gaming suspended for a period of not less than 30 days.2020, cc. 1197, 1248.
