Va. Code § 59.1-207.7: Definitions

As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise:"Agricultural equipment" shall mean any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for and used in the occupation or business of farming."Consumer" shall mean a purchaser, other than for purposes of resale, of new agricultural equipment or any subsequent purchaser, other than for purpose of resale, to whom such equipment is transferred during the duration of a manufacturer's express written warranty applicable to such equipment.1984, c. 503.
