Chapter 24.1. TANNING FACILITIES

A tanning device utilized by a tanning facility shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations. This chapter shall not apply to a phototherapy device used by or under the supervision of a licensed physician trained in the use of phototherapy devices.1990, c. 776.
