Va. Code § 59.1-539: Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:"Board" means the Board of Housing and Community Development."Department" means the Department of Housing and Community Development."Enterprise zone" means an area declared by the Governor to be eligible for the benefits of this chapter."Local zone administrator" means the chief executive of the county or city in which the enterprise zone is located, or his designee.2005, cc. 863, 884.
