Chapter 51. FANTASY CONTESTS ACT

All fees, charges, and monetary penalties collected by the Department as provided in this chapter shall be paid into a special fund of the state treasury. Such funds shall be used to finance the administration and operation of this chapter.2016, cc. 318, 703.
