Va. Code § 59.1-92.18: Appeals from final action of Commission

From any final action of the Commission under the provisions of this chapter an appeal shall lie of right to the Supreme Court in accordance with the provisions of §§ 12.1-39, 12.1-40 and 12.1-41.1998, c. 819.
