A. A stock savings and loan association may be incorporated as provided in the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.). A mutual savings and loan association may be incorporated as provided in the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-801 et seq.).B. A stock savings bank may be formed by being incorporated as provided in the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.).
