Va. Code § 6.2-1535: Regulations and orders

The Commission shall adopt such regulations as it deems appropriate to effect the purposes of this chapter. Before adopting any such regulation, the Commission shall give reasonable notice of its content and shall afford interested parties an opportunity to be heard, in accordance with the Commission's Rules. A copy of each regulation and order adopting it shall be mailed to all licensees at least 10 days before the effective date thereof.Code 1950, § 6-331; 1966, c. 584, § 6.1-302; 1993, c. 366; 2010, c. 794.
