Va. Code § 6.2-2016: Additional charges

In addition to the fees and contributions permitted under § 6.2-2015, no further or other amount whatsoever shall be directly or indirectly charged, contracted for, collected, received, or recovered with respect to a DMP except, with the consumer's advance permission after disclosure of such amounts, reimbursement for (i) the actual cost of obtaining for such consumer one credit report and related credit report information from a credit reporting agency; and (ii) the actual bank charges for automatic account debiting for debt repayment.2004, c. 790, § 6.1-363.18; 2010, c. 794.
