Va. Code § 6.2-910: Reduction of fees

If the Commission is of the opinion that the amounts of the several charges and fees set forth in § 6.2-908 will produce more revenue than is required to cover the costs and expenses to be paid from such charges and fees, the Commission, in its discretion, may reduce on a pro rata basis the amount of such charges and fees.Code 1950, § 6-124; 1966, c. 584, § 6.1-96; 2010, c. 794.
