Chapter 10. VIRGINIA PORT AUTHORITY

The Authority may apply for and accept grants or loans of money or property from any federal agency for any purpose authorized in this chapter. It may expend or use such money or property in accordance with any directions, requirements, or conditions which may be imposed by the agency.1981, c. 589.
