Title 62.1. WATERS OF THE STATE, PORTS AND HARBORS
Chapter 10. VIRGINIA PORT AUTHORITY

Persons, counties, cities, and towns are hereby authorized to grant, and the Authority is empowered to accept, funds and property to use, within the scope of other powers and duties of the Authority, as stipulated by the grantor.1981, c. 589.
