Chapter 11. FEDERAL WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

This chapter shall be liberally construed as in aid of projects of the United States for the improvements of rivers and harbors and for flood control and in furtherance of and not in limitation of powers now conferred by law on counties, cities and towns.Code 1950, § 62-117.5; 1968, c. 659.
