Article 6. Allocation of Receipts: Receipts Normally Apportioned

A fiduciary shall allocate receipts from or related to a financial instrument or arrangement not otherwise addressed by this chapter. The allocation must be consistent with §§ 64.2-1061 and 64.2-1062.2022, c. 354.
