Va. Code § 64.2-501: Oath of executor or administrator with the will annexed

An executor or administrator with the will annexed shall take an oath that the writing admitted to record contains the true last will of the decedent, so far as he knows, and that he will faithfully perform the duties of his office to the best of his judgment.
