Chapter 1. DEPARTMENT AND STATE BOARD OF JUVENILE JUSTICE

Unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, as used in this title:"Board" or "State Board" means the Board of Juvenile Justice;"Child" means any natural person under eighteen years of age;"Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice;"Director" means the Director of Juvenile Justice.1989, c. 733.
