Va. Code § 8.01-594: Notice not required to parties served with process

In any suit matured and docketed in which the bill or petition prays for the appointment of a receiver, no notice shall be required under this article to be given to any defendant upon whom process to answer such bill or petition shall have been served.Code 1950, § 8-738; 1977, c. 617.
